LCWRA Reassessment...

Hey everyone,

I got awarded LCRWA nearly 3 years ago now and I wondered when you are likely to be reassessed.

I've googled it and seen it say 1, 2 or 3 years and then I came accross this forum where people have been told on their letters a certain time frame.

My question is... I went back to my UC letter and mine doesn't have a time frame on it, in fact all it says about reassessment is "We may reassess you in the future..." Thats all.

I'm so confused and stressed, I hate the assessments, I have PIP too and regularly get reassessed

Thanks

There will be a note on the DWP file with a suggested review date but the award is indefinite until reviewed. LCWRA decisions do not include the review date. This is different to PIP because PIP is awarded for a set time so the award letters include the end date and a date when a review may be started.

At the moment all reviews are suspended due to the backlog dealing with new claimants.
