Yes you've been found to have LCWRA. The extra money is £354.28 per month. It's not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods. It's then paid from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition, providing you sent a fit note within 7 days of that and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision was made on your claim.
If you can tell me what date exactly you reported your health condition and the dates of your assessment periods (or when you usually receive your money) i can tell you when it's paid from.

Hi thank you I am currently getting SSP until the 29th of this month, I applied for ESA on the 5th of may 3 months before my ssp was due to end and my UC payment date is the 20th of each month (assessment period 14th-13th each month)

    You didn't answer this question.

If you can tell me what date exactly you reported your health condition

Also is it payed with UC monthly or weekly?

It's paid in with your UC as a monthly payment. If you don't currently have the work allowance then you'll also be entitled to this. This means that a certain amount of earnings received each month is ignored before the 55% deductions apply. If you claim for help with any rent the work allowance is £344, if you don't then it's £573. Therefore they may owe you some extra money because of this. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-work-allowances/universal-credit-work-allowances
When your ESA payments start it will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.

You haven't answered the question about what date you first reported your health condition. I can't tell you when to expect the extra money to be paid from without this information.

No, I'm not asking what date you applied for ESA. ESA is a different benefit.
What i'm asking is for your UC, what date did you report your health condition, if you sent your fit note on the same date you reported the health condition, what date was this? You can look back onto your journal and it will tell you.

Oh sorry I’m a little confused I thought esa was what the letter was about? I’ve been handing sick notes in for 28 weeks, it says on my UC I reported my health change 16th feb and handed my first sick note in same date? Sorry I’m new to all of this haven’t a clue

That letter is from UC, not ESA. ESA is a different benefit. Have you actually applied for ESA? Once your SSP ends you can receive ESA too if you wish. You will not be better off because the ESA will be deducted from the UC but you will get Class 1 NI credits rather than Class 3. ESA is not means tested so you would continue to get it even if your circumstances changed in such a way taht you were no longer entitled to UC.

You reported the health on 16th February. That is in your February - March AP. The waiting periods are March through to June. Your first LCWRA payment is therefore due on 16th July. Check your next statement to see if it has been included - given the timing it might not be added in time.
