    Today was nice. I packed for a vacation this morning and took a short walk  into town in order to buy a magazine and a cheap sandwich after lunch. For dinner I went to a pub on Epsom Downs and had a lot of fun as well.

    My children had pizzashop for tea me and partner will be having a Chinese tonight I haven't ate today been so so busy 🙃

    A very healthy (not) McDonald's for dinner tonight. I'm vegetarian so the vegetable burger counts as one of my five a day, right? :p

    Had a very big late lunch of chicken curry and rice. Tonight might just have some fruit. 

    Is anyone else finding that their appetite has disappeared during the heat?

    I’m having a roast. I’ve not ate very well these past few days in this weather so I am quite hungry. Yesterday I had a sandwich with a few chips and I was full so think I’ll have to force something down today  :)
