Hi will I still get my
Limited capability for work and work-related activity if I split up with my partner I'm the one named on the claim as we are on a joint claim

If this is UC then it will be a joint claim, if you split with your partner then you'll both need to report a change of circumstances. Your LCWRA element will continue as normal.
