We've got a sort of shell fish salad tonight - King prawns, cray fish and tinned white crab meat, salad and crusty bread x2

I'm staying with my mum and stepdad during the hot weather, and tonight we're having cheese and mushroom omelette with salad

We did a bbq about lunch time, just had chip buttie for tea1

We had salmon salad with potatoes and herbs and strawberries and cream for mum and I had ice cream sundae with vanilla sauce and choclate flakes and I made iced coffee and made a slush for mum with lime and lemon1

I've been making a pesto pasta with mozarella, spinach, peas, and pine nuts for the past couple of days. It's easy to cook and eat in the heat, and is the only thing I've found myself fancying.
