Hi, I claim income related esa and I work one shift, 5hrs a week I am thinking of of changing my days to twice a week at 5hrs  but this will change with how much I get a every fortnight from 102 to 185 which is two weeks of pay. Does this still fall under permitted work for under 16hrs  and under £152 a week as I get paid fortnightly from work as apposed to weekly.

    You will still be earning below £152/week and working less than 16 hours/week so it is within the limits. The payment frequency is not relevant.
    You should let ESA know about the change.
