Esa payment akways goes in my bank at 12.09am Thursday morning today my payment isn't in my bank

Hello my esa is paid into my bank every second Thursday it ckears without fail at 12.09am last week I had my cost of living Payment but today my esa has gone in my bank please can anyone tell me why this has happened I've had no letters saying my esa has changed nothing help its making me ill I'm so stressed

The only way you can find out is to ring ESA. No one else can tell you why the payment hasn't arrived at the usual time. Sometimes there are payment errors.0

I can imagine this would feel quite distressing. Hopefully it's just an admin error, or something simple. Do you feel able to call them to check why this might have happened?1 -
