    Got my chefs hat on today, will be cooking curried mince with karela( a vegtable with acquired taste, can be bitter, with many health benefits) I did cheat and bought ready made chapatis. Will make mint yogurt.

    I haven't got a clue yet dudnt get anything out as the plan was to go to coffee shop for lunch but when we got there it was closed 

    Had a bacon sausage egg bap from sandwich shop instead 

    Might just have cheese on toast for tea
