Hi just wondering if anyone else in sane position. Was due to be paid carers allowance today and it hasn't went into bank?

    If you haven't received it by now then you will need to ring them. I received mine today without any issues. 0800 731 0297

    I'm sure this must be really stressful! Have you been able to get an answer today? Hopefully it's just some sort of admin issue.

    No response other than they think I have started more employment. I have been in a part time job since I started claiming CA. They are going to email someone to expedite and hopefully resolve it. But no idea or any payment. Thanks for responses.

    If your earnings fluctuate that might raise a question of whether or not you have gone over the income threshold in some weeks,

    They stay the same which is why I'm confused. But hopefully get to the bottom of it some how?
