Using Toilet Card

I have recently been told that I have Diverticulitis.
I was at Barmouth in Wales yesterday. And luckily there was a toilet relatively close. I don't want to go through this again. I have heard about "toilet cards" that folks carry with them-urgently need a loo.
I am looking into getting a physical card, not an electronic phone card because I am technophobic.

I've looked at the Bladder and Bowel website, also the NHS.
I don't know who or what to go for who is best?
Thank you Folks

Thank you for sharing that @Teddybear12! Let us know whether you have any luck by contacting Crohns and Colitis UK @oldngrumpy
As @littleacorn has mentioned, getting a radar key may also be a good idea if you don't have one already.1 -
Hello everybody. Thanking you all for the advice. I made contact with Bladder and Bowel org. They sent me one after explaining the Barmouth incident.1
