Remember that a lot of things posted in these news articles are far from correct at times. I see things daily which misinterpret the truth surrounding the DWP and as Poppy has said previously, you are worrying needlessly.

Just to touch on this. He’s been eating my food recently. I’m worried that means we aren’t living separate lives. Bit of a pain when stuff like that happens.Shared front room isn’t easy either.0

Sharing a living room and eating your food sometimes does not mean you're living together as a couple. I don't think there's anything else to add other than what's already been said

So I went to job centre today despite being LCWRA and on PIP and they asked my partner who accompanied me what his name was. They said are you such and such a person and my partner said no I’m etc etc.
so clearly the job centre think I’m living with my partner. Even though I’m not! Great! Now I’m worried.0 -

You're not a couple, regardless of the fact you live in the same house. You can have a partner but not live together. Just because the person asked what "your partners names was" it doesn't mean they now think you're living as a couple.

I just went to like a little mental health jobs fair. They had mental health charities and activities to improve mental health there too. Just thought I’d go. I was invited despite being LCWRA.They directly asked my current partner was his name the same name as the person I share a joint tenancy with. (The Work Coach who set up the fair)0

It’s because my partner came with as social support and they thought his name was the same as on my tenancy. But they both have different names.0

I’m also just wondering. Do you only get the LHA universal credit element if you’re claiming PIP?
I tried to work out on entitledto.co.Uk that if I lost PIP… what would happen?
I’m totally confused.0 -
