    Good morning @dianelhasa123 and welcome to the online community

    The relevant part of the DWP dealing with your benefit uses Relay UK to enable people who cant speak on the phone to communicate with them. Go to The Disability Service Centre and look for the disability benefit you require.  

    If you need to contact someone with regards to your UC claim you can contact Jobcentre plus by putting a message in your online journal. In respect of other existing benefit claims you can contact  Jobcentre plus by Relay UK.
