Sorry but i don't understand your question. Are you talking about the UC50 form? Have you reported a health condition on your journal and are you sending in fit notes?
Or have you returned the UC50 form and you're waiting for an assessment?

I'm just in the middle of that bit. I meant the letter from WCA! haven't sent the uc50 online because it doesn't appear to have a submit button! via online? thanks!

There's no online version of the UC50 form that you can submit this way, you can only print it. When you report your health condition you work coach is supposed to refer you for the WCA in around 29 days. Once this is done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you that you've been referred and you'll then receive the forms in the post within 7 days. This will be the paper version.

ahh I see. Now I understand where I am and what is happening. Thanks @poppy123456! so right now, I have received a uc50 sent from the GP I believe or it could be from universal credit, I'm unsure. however the uc50 is online. and I don't really know where to send it to because I have memory problems 😕. Anyway I have reported my health condition to uc. so basically I'm waiting for 29 days right now, so now all I have to do is wait and then I should be sent something on my journal, then the form should be sent out in due course. OK so the hard part is pretty much done, apart from the form, even though I find forms quite stressful 😅!

The UC50 is issued on behalf of DWP - nothing to do with GP. The UC50 includes information on where to send it. If possible make a copy of it before sending it.

Confused by both of these. The one you already have is the online version which needs be pronted. If you wait until you recieve the one in the post from The Health Assessment Advisory Service then it will tell you were to post it to. Then you can use the post office to send it.
then the form should be sent out in due course.

I'd advise you to remove that letter because it's showing all of your personal details, including full name, address and NI number. This is a public forum and anyone can see that. It's against the rules to add any personal information for your saftey.  I've reported it just incase.

Neither good nor bad. It’s just a necessary part of the process.

This is the assessment needed for that. You can see the descriptors for LCWRA here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
During the assessment you will be asked various questions about your health condition and how it affects you. If you have a copy of the form you returned then you should have a read of that before the assessment to remind yourself what you wrote.

The phone call is the work capability assessment. Once that is completed they will write the assessment report and return it to DWP.
From there a decision maker will look at that and all the evidence you sent before making a decision.
Once the decision is made a letter will be uploaded onto your journal. The decision will be either LCW, LCWRA or fit for work.
You will receive extra money from the 4th month after you reported your health condition if the decision is LCWRA.
