Thanks @janer1967 @Sandy_123 yes me 2 I suffer with anxiety and social anxiety I actually sit and wait for things to go wrong in my life because I can sense when things are going to go wrong0

The current news doesn’t help, nothing but bad news at the moment.
i used to pre judge situations a lot when I was younger but having been made aware of that I started to alter my thinking. For example I would pre judge a family get together thinking all sorts would go wrong for me and then not go, giving some lame excuse or other for not taking part. Too much thinking like that can leave you housebound if your not careful, which was happening to me.
