PIP paper based assessment

I put my PIP forms in & they received it on the 20th June. I didn’t hear anything till my physiologist rang me on Tuesday & said that DWP had contacted her and she didn’t want to speak to them without getting permission from me I said yes and she said she would tell them about my bipolar , ptsd that I’m doing CBT & doing long term therapy. Thursday morning no caller ID rings me I answer and it’s someone from PIP (didn’t tell me they were ringing , didn’t have an appointment) she asked who helps me bath etc on my bad days I said my mum like I did in the forms she then asked a few other questions was literally on the phone for 13mins and I was panicking like trembling so she said she’s not going to put me through a face to face or telephone appointment as she can hear I’m really struggling to speak so she said she was going to do a paper based assessment. I’ve never heard of it & im worried sick. She then asked me if I wanted to add anything and I said I don’t know if you have spoken to my physiologist but she has recently diagnosed me with PTSD she then said ‘I didn’t actually speak to her because I tried calling again but she didn’t answer’ but I feel like I have enough info to send what I have to DWP. I didn’t send any supporting documents etc literally just filled form out and gave them my physiologist number. I’m very lucky I’m having a paper based instead of going through the stress of an assessment. (The lady was really lovely & said twice on the phone I’m really sorry if these questions are difficult & that she can hear I’m struggling) I’m just worried she doesn’t have enough evidence if she hadn’t spoke with anyone. My GP have been trying to get in contact with my Physiologist so I’m worried as she’s useless & hasn’t sent anything over to gp because I’m still under treatment plan. 

Sorry for the long post just wondered if anyone has had something similar.
