Advice Re Flat Feet

Hi there, my son has complete flat foot which will never be corrected. He is under the care of the hospital, has his feet checked every six months and was given insoles. He has a disability bus pass for our local area and reasonable adjustments at school. He receives middle rate care for a number of other issues, but, understandably was refused for mobility. Recently his feet and back are in so much pain and he’s started getting blinding headaches which stop him in his tracks. I’m wondering if anyone had any advice or pointers as to wether I should apply for mobility again, as I think he would benefit if I learned to drive. We’ve been stuck at home for the best part of the school holidays, and while he’s happy not to go out when he’s in pain, I do feel like he’s missing out on a lot because of this.
