Hi, does anyone else use this company? Would you be willing to share your experience with me, privately if wanted. We are having "Issues"!

I don't have any personal experience with this company @Siwheels73, but I hope someone else will have.
Would you feel comfortable telling us a bit more about the issues you're facing with them? Even if other members haven't used that company, they may have faced similar challenges with other companies.0 -
They have major computer problems (nhs cyber attack linked, we think, they are supposed to push us out rota's each week, and don't. Worst for us is that when we are on holiday, the company still charge us for doing nothing0

Hi @Siwheels73. I don't have any experience with that company, unfortunately.
However, I have a good friend who works for a different company within the NHS. They say the current cyber attacks are applicable to NHS and private healthcare across the country, sadly.
Hopefully, someone will be able to share their experiences with you regarding the other elements. Hope this provides some temporary reassurance
