Let letdown continuously by Haringey Council

After reporting serious repairs for the past 3-years in Haringey Council they were finally getting sorted repair repairs that they have no calls completed are a disgrace or have been left half done when enquiring about this bear in mind been waiting 3 years Plus next appointment is not until November when reporting to despair team Haringey council told me because they have started the job but has not completed I am no longer entitled to make a claim.
I am so embarrassed at the state of my home I don't even let visitors come in I had radiator Putin 5 years ago are you after I noticed behind the radiators there was no plaster just old brick wall no insulation when enquiring about this I was told that is not down to to the council surely you would have a wall plastered and insulated before installing radiators really appreciate any advice

    Good morning @joo99 and thanks for making this post, sorry to read about what you have been going through for the past 3+ years in your home. Everybody should be able to live in a home that they feel safe and comfortable in, and it's a shame that repairs haven't been made to yours to make it that way for you.
