Hi all, no my account is not hacked or anything, yet not long ago, I keep finding some of the Facebook groups I am in to be flooded with **** content. The type of **** content they share is both personal and animal ****. I am sick to death of being affiliated with such a group and a company like Facebook! I have reported such content to Facebook, yet the company is not doing good enough to protect its users!

Thank you for joining us.
I can imagine that'd be quite upsetting to see. Have you left the groups that feature this kind of content?
It's good that you've reported this kind of content, too, as it should help Facebook to work to remove it.

That's what I mean, Facebook earns more than what "Us" earn from work or benefits, yet they earn over millions if not, billions each year to say the least. With that amount of money, why can't they start banning IP Addresses or a well-known country for that matter to try and tackle this mess?woodbine said:I have reported stuff in the past to facebook and they showed no interest and took no action0 -
Thanks, yes I have reported such content to Facebook, though they had been times when they never seem to bother doing anything at all. To be completely honest, Facebook is getting like Twitter now. Up to now, I may be blocked by about 5 or more **** accounts on Twitter. Each account on Twitter that is under "Bot **** account" I had reported them to Twitter, yet they still do nothing about it. The links they shared on the bio seem to use somewhat the same text and wording. If you like, you can see the list of accounts I had to report and block on Twitter.Tori_Scope said:Welcome to the community @nathan1993

I also strongly advise people not to click on any link on their profiles but I do ask you to report them and block them. If you see any such account you see following you using them such links, do the right thing and report them and block them!0 -
Hi @nathan1993 I wouldn't recommend anyone click on any of these links, especially if they are related to **** sites that you mention.0

I have reported the links to admin because they should be removed. I haven't clicked on any of them because who knows whats in those links. I honestly don't see the need to have posted them in the first place. Just my opinion.

Hi @nathan1993
Yes, it can be really frustrating when it doesn't feel as though they're doing anything in response to reports. I'd encourage you to continue making the reports so that it hopefully gets onto their radar a bit more.
You should also be able to hide 'sensitive' content on big social media sites. RAINN have a page on how to do this.
