Hi I had a text to say we have not made a decision on your pip claim .we will right to you when we made or decision. How long after this did anyone get there decision. Is this just a text that send out to everyone

    Yes, it's just a standard text they send everyone. Timescales once the assessment report is returned to DWP is 2-12 weeks.

    I see that poppy has already replied and that you have been reassured that there is nothing to worry about but obviously the wait is frusrtating.
