LCWRA advice please.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I am wondering if anybody would be able to help me understand. I applied for LCWRA just after applying for PIP. My first sick note was sent 28/03/2022 and have always renewed sick notes before the expiry date. I had my assessment on the 22/08/2022 and awaiting a decision to come through on my journal. 
I wanted to know when my backdatement would be from if I’m awarded (I’m aware of the 3 month assessment period) my UC assessment period dates on UC every month are 22nd-21st of each month? 
Also wanted to know if because I receive the enhanced daily living off PIP would this be used towards my claim? 

How long roughly should I expect to wait for a decision?

    If found to have LCWRA then your waiting period will be April/May, May/June, June/July. LCWRA starts from AP 22nd July to 21st August. First payment would be August 28th so would owe you for this month up to now.
    Your PIP award has no relevance to the LCWRA decision.
