Pip tribunal lost. More advice needed please

I have been told categorically to inform pip of any changes in my health. That is what I have done. Pip are sending out a new form and I am getting help with it this time. I know its about points but I didn't do it properly before. Moving forward perhaps it might make a difference. Are you a member of a tribunal? Because you make me feel like everything I try to do is wrong. Please I don't need any more criticism from you or anyone else. You do not know anything about me, my health what I'm dealing with nor what my prognosis is. I DO. Do you think I should simply give up, wait until 2015 for my next review? Why? Would you?

Please quote exactly where i've criticised you? All i've done is try to advise you. I have nothing to do with any Tribunal or with DWP. Like yourself, i also claim benefits and have a disability.I find your comment quite rude and for this reason i won't comment any further but i will wish you good luck.2

I don't mean to offend. I'm NOT WELL. I get defensive because I ha e mental health issues, physical issues, I struggle to walk most days my memory and concentration is terrible. I've had months of my integrity ;being ripped apart by people who do t know me, whilst my doctors and specialists do. I'm exhausted mentally and physically. I'm trying my best to take advice from the cab and other people as I didn't fill my forms in coree try at the start. I apologise as I don't mean to offend but I've had months and months and months of unrelenting stress and pain
I would post on here either again. I just needed some HOPE.0 -
Hi @ladylulu it's really tough going having to go through this process, as we can feel very judged and weary, it can be incredibly exhausting as you say.
We are all here to support you, and to help you feel less alone in what you're going through. Quite a few of our members have been in similar situations, where things feel a bit hopeless, but things turn out positive in the end.
It's a lot of pain and stress to go through however long it takes, so please reach out for support if you need to, whether that's here from the community, from loved ones, or from your GP or other health professionals involved in your care.
Is there anything you especially need support with today?0 -
Thank you. I'm so very sorry I come across as rude sometimes. I'm so sorry. I'm being told different things by different people and I felt really positive about the PIP sending another form now, not so. I feel like I have done something wrong. I thought that this latest diagnosis would help explain my behaviour and how i have been struggling to fill in forms and take the calls. The CAB are going to help me this time to make sure I actually describe what my illnesses do to me and how they affect me. I struggle to do this myself and tend to ramble and then I get upset/angry/defensive. The recent diagnosis of cognitive pairmebt explains I think why I have struggled in particular.
Sorry again and thank you0 -
There's no need to apologise at all @ladylulu you're doing a great job of explaining exactly how you're feeling, which makes it easy for us to understand what's been happening.
I don't think you've done anything wrong, and it's definitely a positive step to have the support of CAB this time around. Having someone to guide your thoughts is going to be really helpful in putting across what you need to to the decision maker. It's clear you understand the help you need with communicating sometimes, and now you have that help in place, so well done.
Keep us up to date with how things go, and please do say if we can support you further
