Hi need some advice been off long term sick with a injury, company won't and dont want to make any changes which would be difficult in my community care post as senior support staff working with complex disability and mental health issues in the community for mixed age groups.
Only worked 10 months in the last 3 due to health years l
Been with company for 18 years
Until injury sickness was record was good
looking at ill health termination
Would i be entitled to payout from company
How will it affect my pension
Can't seem to get any advice or help from anyone.
Just want it done so can get on with life and mend.

Hi and welcome to the community
It isn't a legal requirement to pay compensation for medical dismissal however some employers do pay this a bit like a redundancy payment calculation
You will have to see what your company policy is regarding this request a copy of the policy from hr
I'm not sure what you mean about how this will affect your pension you will need to contact you'd pension provider as all pensions have different terms and conditions . if you stop work your pension contributions end and as such your pension freezes till retirement age.

Thank you,
Just had a meeting with company they laughed said they will pay my unused holiday.
Even though I'm covered by 2010 disability act they do not wish to make any changes have offered to reduce my hours or work different location
Been told go back full time do my job or leave.
After all they not changed their mind from descion made last year, had to wait 8 months and demand occupational health get involved0 -
