Looking at ill health termination. Would I be entitled to payout? Will it affect my pension?

Hi need some advice been off long term sick with a injury,company won't and dont want to make any changes which would be difficult in my community care post as senior support staff working with complex disability and mental health issues in the community for mixed age groups. 
Only worked 10 months  in the last 3 due to health years l
Been with company for 18 years 
Until injury sickness was record was good 
looking at ill health termination 
Would i be entitled to  payout from company 
How will it affect my pension 
Can't seem to get any advice or help from anyone. 
 Just want it done so can get on with life and mend.

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    It isn't a legal requirement to pay compensation for medical dismissal however some employers do pay this a bit like a redundancy payment calculation 

    You will have to see what your company policy is regarding this request a copy of the policy from hr 

    I'm not sure what you mean about how this will affect your pension you will need to contact you'd pension provider as all pensions have different terms and conditions . if you stop work your pension contributions end and as such your pension freezes till retirement age.

    Just had a meeting with company they laughed said they will pay my unused holiday.
    Even  though I'm covered by 2010 disability act they do not wish to make any changes have offered to reduce my hours or work different location 
    Been told go back full time do my job or leave.
    After all they not changed their mind from descion made last year,had to wait 8 months and demand occupational health get involved

    @BigFeet30 How have things been for you more recently? I appreciate it has been a little while since you last posted on this thread now.

    I want to make sure you have access to the support you need and deserve but I am also aware that things might have changed since.
