Tel assessment for work capability

Hi,
I just had a telephone interview today, which was a work capability assessment. Unfortunately, due to the lady's accent, I was unable to hear her very well and was asking her to repeat questions. The interview only lasted a total of 12 minutes, even though the original letter specified 20 mins to an hour. I'm just wondering if she may have curtailed the questions due to the communications difficulties, and that I'll thereby be judged capable of work.
Is it advisable for me to complain about this at this stage (and if so, then who to?), or wait until I hear the result of the assessment?

The time the assessment took means nothing other than they had no further questions to ask. Although your letter said between a timescale it can actually be anything up to about 120 minutes, sometimes longer. My shortest assessment was also about 10 minutes.I’m my opinion there’s nothing to complain about at this stage.Once the report is returned to DWP a decision can take up to 12 weeks.1
