Diagnosed ADHD today

Hi all,
I had my assessment today and the psychiatrist is prescribing me medication as has diagnosed me with ADHD. He also felt that, as who also specialises in autism, that I should 100% have an autism assessment too. He feels my doctor was right that there’s an underlying issue that underpins my severe anxiety.

I feel almost relieved in some sense that at the age of 36 nearly 37 that I am learning about myself and the reason for the way I behave etc.
I almost feel a bit lost too and what sort of direction to go with all of this.
