Welcome back from your holiday @Karen7788 glad you had a good time.
Thats sad @66Mustang that things kicked of when it supposed to be a family occasion, i hope it hasn't put you off doing something like this again, meal sounded lovely, i don't like scallops but would of eaten the rest ha ha xx0 -
@SueHeath thanks
I wont lie, it has put me off going for meals a little bit. Not with certain people, but with certain combinations of people if that makes sense. I would happily go out with them on their own or in certain groups, but not when certain people are together, as I would fear that there would be hostility.

I know what your saying @66Mustang sounds like a clash of personalities, if the situation comes up again, be honest with people and tell them if they going to argue then your not going.
I know this is life and not every one gets on, but it spoilt your night and i bet others. xx1 -
I'm good thanks for asking, trying to get a bit more active, so went to car boot with hubby this morning i walked 2 1/2 miles with out sitting ha ha so i will take that, didn't buy any think but nice to get out.
What about yourself have you been out with the dog or anything today ? xx0 -
That's nice, 2 and a half miles is good for someone without any physical issues so I think that's amazing!!!
I've been out with the dog and been for a drive, now just relaxing for a little while1 -
Good afternoon
I'm. Ok
Got my washing out sunny for once0 -
Today i has been a good one. I always start early with my knitting for Christmas. Finished knitting 4 of my Christmas Snowmen (need to make at least 12 altogether) to give to friends & library assistants who are very helpful to me when i go on Sat & Wed knitting & craft group. I went into the garden to watch my husband mow the lawn. I hate just sitting there doing nothing so i got my husband to get my cutters and helped him cutting ivy growing on our fence. It wasn't easy with only one hand plus standing with my stick but i really enjoyed the challenge. Got about a quarter of the fence done then we had to give up as it started to spit. Never mind there is always tomorrow.0
