Hello there @pjward79 and thanks for your query. To answer your question, I'm afraid not, unless you are entitled to one of the benefits listed here:

    Disability Cost of Living Payment

You may get a lump sum payment of £150 from 20 September 2022 if you get:

    • Attendance Allowance
    • Constant Attendance Allowance
    • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for adults
    • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for children
    • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
    • Armed Forces Independence Payment
    • War Pension Mobility Supplement

You’re eligible if you got a payment for 1 of these benefits for 25 May 2022.

If you and your child get 1 of these benefits, you should get a lump sum for each claim.

Does that makes sense? Let us know if we can help with anything else :)

LCWRA does not qualify you for the £150 disability payment.

LCWRA relates to being sick and unable to work. Only those benefits above will be used for the £150 as they are benefits for the disabled and just not sick.

Not clear what you are saying. Being classed as having LCWRA does not qualify someone for the disability payment, which is what I said.
