Hi
I have post operative neuropathic pain and have been recommended SCS operation which I am resisting for many reasons. Has anyone any experience of a Tens machine for chronic nerve pain. Thanks

Hi Oonagh,I don`t use one myself, but my sister does. She has said that if she used it to the recommendations, it doesn`t help, so she uses it for a lot longer to get any relief.Andy0

Morning @Oonagh i have stenosis and i tried a tens machine but had to stop using it - the main reason i tried it was for nerve pain in my legs but it made my legs jerk really bad and this even went on after i was not using the machine.
I gave my machine to my sister she suffers from arthritis in her shoulder she swears by it says it really helps her pains ease when she comes home from work. So i think it's one of those things that you have to try.0 -
thanks Sue
maybe it’s better for muscle pain rather than nerve pain!
have a good day0
