Can any one explain to me what a med 3. 113 and FRR4 is please

     Good afternoon @jamrumples
     I think a Med3 is a fit note and a FRR4 is completed  after the Health Care Professional has a conversation with the claimant or one of his medical contacts.  Does that make sense ?
