@zane It is paid from the 20th September. Many are in the same boat I’m afraid, it will come it just takes time with how many people they have to pay.

The £150 is paid separately to your normal pip payment anytime from 20th Sept to end of Sept

I haven't seen any comments yet of people who have recieved the payment no doubt delayed due to the unexpected bank holiday

A recent poll claimed only 1.4% received the payment. That is so statistically insignificant that it likely due to error or confusion. I don't think anyone has actually been paid yet.

As the others have said, we've had lots of people post with the same concern @zane! I hope that it's not too long until you, and others, receive it. Please do keep us updated.

Are you able to cope okay in the meantime?

The government are at fault here. It would have been much better if they had said that it would be paid sometime between the 1st September and 30th October?
In my case when it turns up including my wife's it will only exist for one day in the account as it needs to be sent to EON to bump up the fuel account for the winter.

Why are the government at fault? Regardless of a Bank Holiday, there would most likely have been delays.  So it makes no difference if it`s between 1st Sept and 30th October or from 20th Sept and the 1st October.

I think people forget that there's 6 million payments to make, which isn't going to be done in one day.

Because if the government give a date that it will be paid by everyone seems to think that is what will happen. So silly for all of the postings on here asking where our money is. Better not to give a date just sometime by the 30th of October would have been better.

They didn't give an exact date though. What they said was from 20th September. It really makes no difference either way because there would have still been threads asking where their money is.

    Hello All,

It has come alight some people who are banking with Monzo get a notification a day earlier that they are expecting payment tomorrow.

So payments have started to trickle in as some people on Monzo are expecting payment tomorrow.
