Do I need to inform?

Hello,

Do I need to inform the DWP if for instance I get an extra diagnosis on top of what I was awarded LCWRA for? So for example: ADHD / suspected autism etc? And does the same apply for PIP?

also for both, I was under investigation by both cardiology and neurology but cardiology haven’t seen anything untoward when I’m having a seizure but have yet to confirm this in writing. If this dual investigation was part of my claim, do I need to notify them soon or at review that it’s purely a neurological problem rather than cardiology?

Help if you can please

    No because LCWRA is the highest award you can have and another diagnosis or a worsening of any condition will not affect your claim.

    What about the dual investigation?

    The same applies to that. As previously advised, LCWRA is the highest award so there's nothing to report.
