Hi, my name is Isanara! Help with renewing road tax with PIP

I have a PIP exemption certificate for road tax on my old car, but need to renew for my new car. I cannot find out how to renew my tax online. Can you possibly help me. Thankyou.

    You won’t be able to do this online. First you will need to contact PIP and ask them to send you the certificate of entitlement, you can’t use the old one. Once you receive this you will need to take that and all your documents to a post office that deals with road tax. 
    PIP contact number is 0800 121 4433. Lines open Mon-fri 9am to 5pm.
