Hi everyone,
My first workshop, which thankfully is only for 2 hrs tomorrow morning and I am feeling really nervous about it.
It's at the same place where I see my key worker.
I have got 2 other workshops later this month. I've got one on the 13th October from 1pm to 3pm and another one (I can't remember what date) that's from 10am till 12pm.
Has anyone got any helpful advice on how I can not be so nervous about them please as I don't want my nerves to trigger my asthma.

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so nervous about it @BrianMcFaddenfan07. I'm sure everyone will use different techniques to calm their nerves.
One can be to distract yourself with something less stressful, like a TV show or music.
Another can be to plan your day, to make sure you know what you're going to wear, where you need to be at what time, how you're getting home, and so on.
You could also try writing down the specific things you're worried about, and working through each of them to think of a way you can prevent them from happening, or deal with them if they were to happen.0 -
Ty everyone
