I’m just worried about putting my points across on video as i get very nervous and mumble . Oh my condition is a foot disability . Any help and advice I would be grateful thx ☺️

Hello there @Lovely1981 and thanks for reaching out
It's positive you're getting some support from citizens advice.
It's difficult to really answer whether video calls are more or less successful than in person or paper-based tribunals.
Something that helps me when I'm nervous about putting my points across is to have some notes with me, with everything I'd like to say, and to practice talking through them with others. Do you think that would be helpful?
Do you think the option to turn the camera off might help you feel a bit less nervous? Maybe this could be a reasonable adjustment for you?
When is your tribunal taking place?
Keep us up to date with how you do, and please ask if we can help you further
