I have submitted my dla appeal online, if you have registered you can log in and then refer back to your appeal and upload evidence that way.
I recieved 2 emails after sending my appeal to them. One of them allows you to register if you haven't already and this allows you to keep updating the tribunal panel with more evidence. It allows keesps you updated with what date your hearing will be.
Otherwise after you have sent the appeal off they send you a letter and it has sheets of paper in the envelope which you use to send off more evidence with.0 -
Ahh alright, they only let me upload 1 picture on the website so i guess i will wait for the letter. Do you think if i send the evidence after the 1 month time frame will be ok as long as i submitted the appeal in that time? That doesn't seem right. You may need to try ringing HMCTS because possibly something went wrong on online. When you did it you should immediately have received an email confirming lodging of the appeal.Muttadiles said:Also i just logged in and it wont let me view the appeal i submitted its not there :S1 -
