I discovered that I have a learning difficulty that affects my everyday life. Do you guys know any psychological specialist that I can go to about it? I find planning and processing difficult and it would be good if there are professionals or organisations that can aid me in understanding myself more.

@Signhere Hello there and a big warm welcome to our online community. How's it going today? I'm glad you found us so we can offer some virtual support.
I hope that the recognition of your learning difficulty has been a positive event for you, in that you can start to better understand how your mind works and access some of the support out there. Whereabouts did you find out you had a learning difficulty? Was it in an educational setting? Speaking more with the professional who helped identify it about your options would be a good start.
Also, if you'd like to (and are comfortable) giving us a bit more detail about the exact learning difficulty you have, we can look into the organisations out there who can specifically help
Take care and speak again soon.0
