Had my pip telephone assessment yesterday but wondered what would possess the assessor to say “good luck with your claim have a lovely rest of the day” at the end of our phone call when I know that I will get the report back and it will probably be all lies adding insult to injury!!!!

You never know, some assessors are really kind and understanding. Please don’t speculate until you have received the report but please also come back and let us know any updates.

I do not think that’s an awful thing to say.Mine said the same and I think she was genuinely being nice towards me.0

Sounds like they were trying to be friendly and polite, I see nothing wrong with that.0

I had a paper based one, but I texted her the day after and she called me within a few minutes of my message, she was lovely told me not to worry and she had done it and it had all ready been sent off the previous day. That it is was paper based but I obviously go out once a week as that what my psych said to do so I sit in the car while my mum shops and I take the children to a field to play with them. That is what she wanted to know some clarity.buffy6956 said:@mshugz did u win?I don’t go out apart from that and she’d spoken to my GP and I had been to an app but I itch when I am stressed and I had been to the doctors as my legs are black and blistered she asked about my itching too.She was genuinely lovely to me.0
