This is why I'm not panicking too much they lost my uc50, so they hVe nothing to go off, they just proceeded with out it my work coach said, so I'll just be truthful and tell them how it effects me and answer their questions to the best of my abilities 😊0

Did you keep a copy for yourself before you returned it? You should always do this. If you did then you can just send another copy to the Health assessment Advisory Service. If you don't know the address of where to send it to then you can contact them directly and they will give you the address. https://chdauk.co.uk/your-assessment/types-of-assessments/employment-and-support-allowance-esa/If you don't have a copy you can download the form here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uc50-form-universal-credit-capability-for-work-questionnaire

It's great to hear you're not panicking too much @kekk1234, being truthful and answering as best you can is exactly what you should do
I wish you all the best for it later this month, so let us know how it all goes, and if anything does come up in the meantime, just shout.

I had my medical assessment on 25th sep, the assessor was very patient and kind, I had a couple of panic attacks through out the call and it got disconnected 3x, a issue with their line... he couldn't apologise enough and helped me through my panic attacks 🙃 put me at ease the whole assessment and I got a update today I've been placed in LCWRA, it doesn't say when I'll need another review on the letter that was uploaded to my acc today as far as I can see. Also says if we owe you any money we'll be in touch in 7 days once its been worked out. So I'll wait and see if I am owed anything 😁0

LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. The letter you received which mentions 7 days is a standard letter. Whether any money is owed for LCWRA depends on what date exactly you reported your health condition (or sent your first fit note) and what date you usually receive your money each month. There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and then extra money is then paid from the 4th month of your claim. It's not paid at all during the waiting period. They will only contact you if they owe you money.0

I started handing in my sicknotes from 8th March 2022 and my assessment period is from 21st-20th of each month and I get paid on 27th of the month 🙃 so does that mean it will be paid from July? Thanks for the reply poppy0

You reported in the Feb to March period. The waiting period is March to June so should be payable for June to July payable from 27th July.0

Good afternoon all, I was told that because I had gaps in my fitnotes my 1st payment wouldn't be until Jan 2023
I asked for a mandatory reconsideration as I had no prompting and no one advised me at any time that I had to continuously supply fitnotes. I got this letter on my journal today,
Will the payment owed due to me be paid with my normal universal credit?
Thank you0 -
Money owed is paid separately to you usual monthly money.
