Filled in missing payment form on the 7th and not heard anything back not even acknowledged that i’ve sent the form. Still no payment as of today feels like it’s more stress than it costs. Pointless ringing pip as they’ll just tell you they don’t deal with it.

You should expect a letter soon. A small team are working their way through cases one by one.1

If the letters taking this long can’t imagine how long the actual payment will take 🤦0
-
I also filled in the form, got a letter dated 13th Oct saying it would be paid in due course but as of this morning 25th still no payment0
-
They shouldn’t even waste the paper just to tell you you’re eligible, I knew I was eligible that’s why I filled in the form in the first place hahaha they should just focus on getting all the payments out to the people that really need them0

It is very frustrating @cteezle and certainly you're not the only one who feels this way. I hope your payment will come through this week, as it's very stressful when things like this are delayed.
Let us know if we can help support you in the meantime

You don't need the letter because it will only tell you what you already know... you're entitled to the payment.

Update on 27th, 2 weeks from the date on the letter and still no payment.0

That sounds really frustrating @ron19581970. Do you know when you might receive payment or who you can contact about this?
I hope you receive your payment soon. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, we are all here for you and listening to you

Hi. No idea when I will receive payment and there's no one you can phone to find out, just find it so annoying they can tell you you're entitled to it then make you waitL_Volunteer said:That sounds really frustrating @ron19581970. You should be aware from reading the numerous threads on this subject there is no one for OP to contact nor is there any explicit timetable so he has no way of knowing when he might receive it. Once a ‘missing payment’ has been reported on line the claimant is left in limbo while they wait.L_Volunteer said:That sounds really frustrating @ron19581970. Got a letter today after nearly a month of filling in form dated 2nd november still no payment0

That sounds really frustrating @cteezle. Hopefully, you will receive payment soon.
In the meantime, is there anything which might help things to feel more manageable for you? We are all here for you and listening to you if we can do anything to help
