    Any money owed will be in your bank 3-5 working days after payment is sent.

    It’s usually sent once the decision is made. I have no idea if they send texts as soon as the decision is made. If you want to know exactly when you will receive your money then you will need to ring the benefit department it’s related to and ask them.
