Hi there, just trying to find my way around, I am employed but have been in sick leave for 4 months due to a Neurological disorder. Still waiting to see a neurologist, need to try and start planning for the future. Any advice much appreciated.

My speech has been badly affected and my cognitive and coordination slightly affected to.
