hi i recive the higher rate of pip and i need advice on how to claim for free road tax

You need to take all your documents to the post office including your certificate of pip entitlement which you should have got with your PIP award letter0 -
You need to be claiming Enhanced mobility PIP to claim the road tax. Also do be aware that the car needs to be used for your purpose only. Full details here. https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-exempt-from-vehicle-tax
