You are not paid LCWRA element until the fourth UC month after you report the health condition.

Your first payment will be either November or December depending on the exact date you reported your health condition and what date you usually receive your money each month.

Hi yes I was just wondering. I had a message in my uc account on the 16th of october saying they put me on lwcra and would receive another message in my uc account in 7 days but nit heard anything and not received a letter from them either. Do I need to do anything. Thanks for your help.

The decision letter will be a standard letter sent to everyone. If you take another look it says "if this means we owe you some money then you will receive a letter within 7 days"
As your first LCWRA payment isn't until either November or December then you won't be owed anything for this. If you or partner have worked and received some earning since you reported your health condition and you didn't have the work allowance then you maybe owed some money. If no earnings were received during this time then you won't be owed any money so there's no letter to upload onto your journal.
You don't need to do anything.
