i have a gp appointment and i will be getting an appointment with a roumertologist as my arthiritis has worsened how can iup my pip/ because i would like to get more for my disibility

A worsening of condition doesn't automatically entitle you to a higher PIP award. It's got nothing to do with a disagnosis.Before reporting any changes you need to have a good understanding of the PIP descriptors and what they mean. If you go ahead and report changes you will be sent more forms to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. You will very likely need another assessment which will be either face to face, phone or video call.
