Hello there @amad and thank you for reaching out this morning, I can appreciate how hard things must be without the support you all need to enjoy life.
It's good to hear that you are working with your social worker on this, have you spoken with your local authority about any community organisations or charities that might be able to help?
You might find Scope's information on respite care helpful, so please do take a look.
Let us know if we can help with anything further.

Hi @amad. Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you today?
Thanks for already finding the courage to reach out to us. I appreciate it can take a lot of courage to reach out, especially when you are new and finding things difficult at the moment.
You have mentioned your husband not being able to go everywhere with you. Would you feel comfortable sharing a little more with us about this?
It sounds positive that you have a social worker who helps you to try to find a family/carer. However, it sounds really difficult that you can't find anyone in your area, especially as you have no family here in the UK.
Would you like to tell us more about your requirements? Hopefully, this will help us to narrow our search. In the meantime, some resources you might find helpful are:
Please feel free to keep us in the loop with how you are doing. We are all here for you and listening to you0 -
