How do you control the pain

Hi @faith7 - in general to help to control your pain, then I find this Ten footsteps programme insightful: http://resources.livewellwithpain.co.uk/ten-footsteps/well-done/This Parkinson's website seems to agree, as do I, that keeping moving is always helpful: https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/information-and-support/everyday-life In fact, with most persistent pain (i.e. that which has lasted for more than 3 months), the strategies are similar, & we need to look after ourselves both physically & mentally (as covered in the 1st link) whilst eating a healthy diet.As Sandy mentions, your Drs may be able to help with medication too, & may be able to refer you for physiotherapy/a pain clinic/pain management course.0
