I don't care if it rains, I'm so excited to be getting out of the house for the first time in months. As long as I have someone with me I can travel. I'm travelling by train which is making me a bit sad cos that how my lad died, but overall I'm excited to see my daughter for first time in 2 years.

The roof actually came off in a storm once,80mph winds and torrential rain.

I'll never forget the noise it made as it broke free and crashed into some scaffolding on the side of the house.

Don't tell me that @Teigr it's my worst nightmare, when we have the winds, always think were going to lose the roof one day. It must of been an awful experience and so scary xx

Thank god for that scaffolding is all I can say @SueHeath,otherwise it would've bounced off every roof on our side of the street  and landed in the middle of a very busy junction.

Morning @janer1967 yep shame we can't turn the clock back a couple of years, as Father in law has dementia each visit is different for us all, can be so sad and not nice to experience some times. Hubby and his other two brothers try and do a router now with the visits,

Hope all's good in your part of the world darling xx

My father had dementia @SueHeath,he was sectioned after telling people he'd taken an overdose and spent the last two years of his life in a nursing home.
