    Hello there @stephw and welcome to the community, thanks for explaining why you've joined. 

    Scope can offer some Employment Support Services which might be able to help support you with getting back into work :) 

    There might be many reasons a disabled person is not offered a job, and unfortunately some prejudices still exist which make it harder to apply for jobs, let alone get to the interview stage.
