Help PIP decision

So sorry to bother everyone but I'm in the midst of a panic attack and I don't know where else to turn.
On 11th November, I received a text to say I have been awarded PIP. It took a lot for me to apply so this was emotional to say the least. I rang the helpline, an automated voice told me date and amount of payment but I haven't been able to get through on the helpline (due to pain and anxiety). I was trying to keep calm but then I read a reply on here that the automated line is commonly wrong which has sent me in to a major panic. Can someone clear this up? Wrong in what way? Dates/Amount?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It appears from what others have said that the amounts given on the automated line are sometimes incorrect. The text means that you have PIP. You will get a payment in the next few days and should get a letter with full details within the next two weeks.0
